We had no prior knowledge about the Louvre or the carousel. After attempting to access the internet for some guidance, we concluded that the tour might commence on the other side of the street from the museum. It seems that was indeed the case, but there was no one to direct us. I will be requesting a refund.

I arrived at the meeting point ahead of the scheduled time, but there was no way to locate the tour group. I have always had enjoyable experiences on tours, but not this time! This tour is not responsible. Do not book it!

The tour started late. The guide forgot batteries and had to leave for about 10 minutes. We didn't see the first piece of art until 35 minutes after the scheduled start time. She spoke at length about each piece and hurried us to the next exhibit. We only managed to see about 6 works of art. We left feeling disappointed.

traveler – United States

There was absolutely no communication.

The audio guide didn't even check to see if the tourists were still with her. She rushed through without looking around and just kept talking. Another family and I were both lost and couldn't locate her again.
